How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days with GLS. During busy periods it may take a little longer, but we always strive to deliver within 1-3 business days.
I haven't received an order confirmation?
If you have not received an order confirmation, it may be due to the following:
- Incorrect email address: Check if you entered your email address correctly when ordering.
- Spam/Junk Email Folder: The order confirmation may have ended up in your spam or junk email folder.
- Technical error: An error may have occurred in our system.

Where do I return a package?
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping at Deluxe Copenhagen. This means that you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item, or when you physically receive the last item if it is an order with multiple items that are delivered separately.
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us no later than 14 days after you have received the goods. You can contact us via email at info@deluxecph.dk , after which we will send you information on how to purchase a return label through us.
Your message must clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase. You will then receive further information on how to return the item. You must return the item to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us of your wish to cancel the purchase.
Return freight
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend that you return the item with track and trace so that you can follow the package until it is delivered.
Terms of return
The item you return must be in the same condition as when you received it. This means the item must be unused, in its original packaging and with tags intact. If the item does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
To ensure correct processing, you must include a note with your order number in the package.

IMPORTANT
- The package must be sent directly to the address and not to a parcel shop , otherwise we will not be able to process your return.
- We will not send a confirmation when we receive the return package, but you will receive an email when we have processed your return and the refund has been completed.
